Winter season expected from 4 December 2021
People who do not live in the same household are asked to keep a distance of at least one meter. Please visit us only healthy and stay at home in case of signs of illness. Mouth-nose protection masks are still mandatory in the indoor area and in the gondola, but no registration and no testing obligation, the 3 G rule concerns only the restaurants
FFP 2 masks compulsory
When using cable and rack railroads, a FFP 2 mask must be worn in enclosed or coverable means of transport (gondolas, cabins, coverable chairs) and in enclosed access areas of cable and rack railroads. If you do not have such protection with you, you can purchase an FFP2 mask at cost price of € 1.00.
Lifts and cable cars
There is no capacity limit on closed cable car cabins. The regulation that in closed or coverable means of transport at most so many persons may be transported at the same time that half of the transport capacity of the means of transport is not exceeded, does not apply if exclusively persons from the same household are transported. It is up to you to decide whether you want to board a cabin that already has people in it. Please always observe the minimum distance of one meter from other persons.
All of our employees will take a COVID test before the start of the season and at regular intervals during the season, so that we always have an overview of their health status. All employees who have contact with customers must of course wear an FFP2 mask.
All gondolas as well as the indoor areas of the cable cars are regularly disinfected with cold foggers as well as ventilated. Please use the disinfectant dispensers, which are sufficiently available in the ski area. Refrain from handshaking and hugging and wash your hands regularly with soap. Observe the general hygiene rules as well as the sneezing and coughing etiquette.
Lift tickets are available at the ticket offices of the gondola lifts in Waidring and do not need to be pre-booked. Please use the possibility of cashless payment.
